Potty Thoughts - Bathroom Life

Linds left a comment directing us to a great(?) web page filled with bathroom humor called Bathroom Life. I haven't checked it all out yet but the survey was funny. By the way, anyone know if the statement in this question is true? "Do you drop a few squares of toilet paper in the bowl before you start, to stop water/pee from bouncing up into your ass?"

You mean... does dropping some TP squares actually keep you from getting splashed on? Because it does, actually. I've done it in public restrooms on occasion.

The TP sort of floats at the top of the water, you see. So instead of, um, hitting the surface of the water itself, the... stuff... hits the wet TP instead, and that cushions the 'impact,' as it were. So no splash effect. There's also less SOUND effect, which frankly is what I was shooting for. Eh.

Sometimes when I blow my nose before peeing I throw the tissue or TP in the bowl then try to pee a hole through it. Am I disturbed?

If you feel I am worthy I would love to be a Potty Thoughts member/contributer. It is sad to note that I have so much to share.

Hmmm, I have never had this problem - I've been peeing for a good ling while and never splashed myself that I know of (and yes I do sit down to pee - at home, not in public).

Then again I have control of where my pee goes, since I have this handy directional tool so that helps.

(OK actually, my thing is sooooo long it's already under water so it really doesn't matter)
